1 General Terms

By accessing and using the pkr65 platform — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other channel we make available — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If any part of these terms is unclear, please contact support before registering.

These terms apply to all users of pkr65, including registered account holders and anyone who browses the platform without registering. The platform is operated by pkr65 and all services described on this website are provided subject to these terms.

Access to the pkr65 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pkr65 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features at pkr65, you need to register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Each person is entitled to register one pkr65 account only. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Accounts created by individuals under 18 will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• Account registration is for personal use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• You may not share your pkr65 login credentials with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• pkr65 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

During the registration process, you will be asked to set a password. Choose a strong password that is not used for other accounts and do not store it in an insecure location. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact support immediately.

3 Deposits

All deposits to pkr65 accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit card.

• Deposit transactions are processed subject to the policies and processing times of the selected payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown in the deposit section of your account. These may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• pkr65 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds will appear in your pkr65 balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. For mobile wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically fast.

If a deposit is credited to your pkr65 account in error, you are required to notify support immediately. Funds credited in error cannot be withdrawn and pkr65 reserves the right to recover them.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkr65 are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with support. This policy exists to prevent payment method fraud.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals may require identity verification before processing. This is a standard procedure and applies to all account holders, not only those suspected of misuse.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the account section. VIP members from Gold tier and above receive priority processing.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Only the portion of your balance that constitutes cleared funds is withdrawable.
• pkr65 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pkr65 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered account holders from time to time. Participation in any bonus or promotion is subject to the general terms below as well as the specific terms attached to each individual offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. pkr65 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus eligibility for accounts identified as bonus abusers.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
• Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the period specified in the individual offer terms.
• pkr65 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, where there is evidence of abuse.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino games, and slots typically contribute at different percentages — check the specific bonus terms for details.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pkr65 are final once confirmed. The following rules apply across the sports betting and casino sections of the platform.

• In sports betting, pkr65 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, suspended, or where a clear pricing error occurred.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds were published at a level clearly inconsistent with the actual market — do not entitle players to winnings. Such bets will be voided.
• pkr65 may impose individual betting limits at any time, including on specific markets, events, or for specific accounts.
• Game outcomes in the casino, slots, and fish games sections are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by licensed third-party providers. pkr65 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games or live casino is prohibited.

For PSL, T20, and international cricket betting, in-play markets close when the ball is in play. Pre-match bets that are placed before an event begins will stand unless the event is cancelled or a pricing error is confirmed.

7 VIP Programme

The pkr65 VIP programme rewards real-money wagering activity across all sections of the platform. Points are earned on qualifying bets and accumulate to determine your tier within the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond structure.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis. Failure to maintain the minimum wagering activity required for a tier may result in a tier reduction.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, and bonus offers — apply to the tier you currently hold and are subject to change.
• VIP points and tier benefits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the pkr65 platform.
• pkr65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice given where possible.
• Accounts that breach these terms — including through bonus abuse, multiple account use, or fraud — will be removed from the VIP programme immediately.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pkr65 account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your credentials, and ensuring that your email address and phone number associated with the account are secure.

• Enable two-factor authentication where available. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact pkr65 support immediately to request a temporary account freeze.
• pkr65 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Do not access your pkr65 account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

pkr65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: chargeback requests, payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Multiple account registration by the same individual.
• At the account holder's own request — for responsible gaming purposes or otherwise.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach may be returned at pkr65's discretion.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkr65 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable activity — it is not a reliable way to generate income, and no outcome on the platform is predictable or guaranteed.

• Deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options are all available in your account settings.
• Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and blocks access to your account for the duration you select.
• Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• pkr65 will not market to players who are self-excluded or who have requested exclusion from promotional communications.

11 Limitation of Liability

pkr65 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

• pkr65 is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, device failures, or connectivity issues on your end.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect credit to an account, pkr65 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and correct the account balance.
• pkr65's maximum liability to any account holder for any single incident is limited to the amount held in that account at the time of the incident.

12 Updates to These Terms

pkr65 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, changes in applicable regulations, or changes in the products and services offered. When terms are updated, the date at the top of this page will be revised.

For significant changes, pkr65 may notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the pkr65 platform after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with an updated version of the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Any balance held in cleared funds at the time of closure will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
